Today was a run WOD, which is a little different for us.  We get 450m runs thrown into our WOD's here and there, but today was strictly running.  The WOD was:
1600m run (1800m)
     -rest 3 mins.-
1200m run (1350m)
     -rest 2 mins.-
800m run (900m)
     -rest 1 min.-
400m run (450m)
