Nicole came by this morning so she did a version of our Fight Gone Bad style WOD. Then Kevin was the first of the crew to head over to the gym. We gave everyone something a little different today. They did a sled pull, KBS, walking lunge, and hip extension workout.

We also had DB and Renee come by today for a WOD. This was Renee's first time visiting the gym so she got a good "cindy" WOD and DB jumped in on the sled pull WOD.
