Today Nicole came by for her second to last workout. We are sad to see her leave and we will miss her and Bauer!!! Her workout for today was:
50 Thrusters 45lbs (Squats)
30 Pullups (ring pulls)

The rest of the crew was off today so we all tried to lay around and not do much. We learned a lot through what Spealler had talked about his workouts when we were in Utah. One of those things we have tried is to cut out the active rest and just rest. I like it, it is hard to just take a day off when you are addicted to Crossfit but it has been helping with my workouts.
