We had the entire crew over today plus some newbies.  For us, today's WOD was a:
10 Min AMRAP of
0.3 mi. Airdyne
5 Sandbag Thrusters
| This was Peter's first WOD, but since he works out all the time...we gave him the same rep scheme as the rest of the crew. He just got a lesser weight for today. | 
This was Paulette's first WOD also so we started her out with a scaled version of what we did today.  Jack ended up doing a different WOD all together.  He did:
