Jack started out the day with a private lesson for Nicole then he was able to get in a round of as many kipping pullups as possible without coming off the bar before having to run off to work for the day. He ended up with the total of 21 in a row on the "Fat" bar.
The rest of the crew had the tabata WOD today, but without any added weight. Just to recap the WOD was:
20 sec work
10 sec rest
8 rounds of each
As for Jamie and I, we missed yesterday's run WOD so we made it up today. Then after a long day at work, Jack decided to do the same thing he did this morning. As many kipping pullups as possible without coming off the bar. Again, he did 21, but this time he did it on the "skinny" bar.
