Here is a little video of the Elite warming up in Utah. Many people need to learn to warm up more. The common thought is that if you warm up too much that you are going to wast energy for your workout, this is not true. As humans the more we are warmed up the better we perform. Fighters and grapplers call it the dirty first wind, runners call it the second wind, whatever you call it it is just about getting warm. Athletes that run the mile will run a mile to warm up!!! So stop being lazy and get warm guys!!!
