Day #3 for jack...8:30am-4:30am and my time to relax! Today was the last day of school for the week, a good weekend ahead of me, and to put the icing on the cake, I had the day off from working out today! But the rest of the crew wasn't so lucky.
The WOD for today was:
10 Burpees
10 Box Jumps (20")
5 rounds for time
Sounds simple enough right? Wrong...Burpees suck and box jumps when you're tired aren't much better!!

| These were Jamie's first box jumps and they were no problem for her...look how high she is! |
| This was Nadyne's first time doing box jumps and she was extremely nervous about these but once she got a rhythm going, she did great! |
And we can't forget about Nao. She did a different WOD today, which was just as hard.
50 Burpees for time- 10:18. Good Job!
