The crew ready to go!
 Got home from work 1:30 in the morning, then up at 6:00am Saturday for the 5 mile Making Strides Breast Cancer walk at Ford Island. Me, Danyelle, Jamie, Nadyne, Flo, Josh, Nao, and my aunty Paulette all participated. It was packed there with a wonderful family environment. Check it out next year it is worth it!!!

After the walk we headed over to Heavy Metal Barbell http://www.heavymetalbarbell.net/ to pick up a pair of 20lb hex dumbells and a 18lb kettlebell for the gym. Great service as always!!!
Next we headed to Lulu to see the girls and do a bit of shopping and get my Kahuna Pants http://shop.lululemon.com/Kahuna_Pant/pd/c/740/np/740/p/2690.html hemmed. These are amazing, I will be doing a review and a video soon!!!

After that it was back home to take a nap for a few hours. I was still tired from the previous nights work.

4:30 rolled around and our girls Jackie and Lauren came by for a WOD. Workout was awesome, thank you Crossfit Admundson http://crossfitamundson.com/ for the workout courtesy of their blog!!! Here is how it read:

WOD:
7 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
7 Dumbbell Thrusters (35lbs/20lbs)
7 pullups (Rx'd laying ring pulls)

3minute rest, then

7 minute AMRAP
7 Kettlebell swings (53lbs/20lbs
7 pushups

Wow this workout was awesomely hard. So different and beautiful in its cruelty, LOL!!!!! Everybody did a great job! Thanks mom for the pictures!!!
