Jack was definitely busy today...he started out his day with a private lesson, then we had a couple other new people come over to train. Lora and Carrie are starting their on ramp program so they did form work then had a small taste of a WOD. Lora and Carrie are no strangers to working out so they learn very quickly, but we don't let that fool anyone. Jack always starts people out slowly by being sure to focus on form. Remember, the basics are the foundation to effective and efficient performance!
After the training appointments were done, Jack was able to get his training in. Since I suffered with the Burpee Box Jump, Squat WOD yesterday...guess what he chose to do today!
