Jack- 155 x 1, 185 x 1, 195 x 1, 205 x 1, 225 x 1, 245-F

Jack- This is my first time going heavy on the push jerk and I am very happy with my 225lb single. I almost got 245lbs but I did not get deep enough on my re-dip.
