Today was a day for everyone to work on their pushups, situps, and squats. Instructions were to concentrate on form over speed and they all did great. Everyone's pushups are looking ten times better lately and Nunn's squats have vastly improved. There are still little things that everyone needs to work on like keeping their weight on their heels, fulling extending their hips at the top of their squats, keeping their body fully planked, and not sagging their necks on their pushups, but that is why we have days like these. Form work is extremely important and the better form you have, the easier and faster your WOD's get. Practice, practice, practice!!!
