  1. Jared- 12:10 5 GHD situps each round, jumping ring muscle ups. Very last muscle up of last round was a bar muscle up with no jump. Lots of people there tonight which was AWESOME to see. Let's keep it up.

  2. Peanut- 16:26 ( was able to do 1 bar muscle up in the first round then had to sub to band ring muscle ups..need to work my muscle ups to be consistent)
