Work some gymnastic SKILLZZZ!
-skin the cat
-rope climb
-handstand push up (rings if you feel frisky)
-handstand walk
- muscle up (bar to change it up)
Make sure you hit up at least 3 of these to work on



  1. Fun and wet times tonight at the Box. Awesome though to get a day to work on the things you need to work on. Started with handstand walks wss able to get 2 long walks. One 12.5 feet and a 13 footer, was totally pumped. Then attempted pistols, those suck. Definitely need ALOT more practice on those. Then hit the rope for my first time ever. Once Jack showed me the technique and I did a couple climbs I felt alot better. Then ended with a couple bar muscle ups. Super fun night.

  3. Good practice got in some handstand against the wall and was able to get alittle free handstanding done. worked on pistols and starting to move toward muscle ups bar and rings....that one gunna be awaile but enjoyed trying...thanks Jack for the support and tips
