  3. Some of us did a Team WOD earlier in the day...that was my favorite team wod so far...it was:

    1 muscle up buy in then...
    100m row/Pullups
    200m row/Burpees
    300m row/OH Plate Hold (45/25)
    400m row/ Double Unders
    500m row/ Walking Lunges
    600m row/Situps
    700m row/Squats

    Score was total time in seconds minus total points.
