Some of us did a Team WOD earlier in the day...that was my favorite team wod so far...it was:1 muscle up buy in then...100m row/Pullups200m row/Burpees300m row/OH Plate Hold (45/25)400m row/ Double Unders500m row/ Walking Lunges600m row/Situps700m row/SquatsScore was total time in seconds minus total points.Peanut & U-Boat- 700I had a great partner for this one!! Thanks Chris! Everyone else did awesome too...good job to J-Bear & Animal Style for getting their muscle up buy in too!!! :)
