IronMind's iconic photo of Ivan Chakarov (Bulgaria) taken in the training hall at the 1993 World Weightlifting Championships (Melbourne, Australia) put squats in a whole new view. Watching the 91-kg (200lb) Chakarov squat 270 kg (594lbs) for a rock-bottom triple, Randall Strossen dubbed them "no-no-no" since Chakraov had no belt, no wraps, no spotters--and it's since become a lifting world catchphrase. Several days later, Chakarov uncorked a gold-medal performance in the contest.

Great WOD's today. Appreciating the sacrifices our armed forces make so we have the ability to be able to live in a free country and have the opportunity to do double WODs on the weekends.
Amen to that Jared!!
