Sorry, its been a while. Ive been keeping busy though and still working out. I havent really been keeping track of too many of my workouts and have recently switched up to a more Endurance based program. Not as well thought as Jacks, but I am hoping it will produce some sort of results.
-Swimming Interval with a total of 1400m
-About 300 Pushups, Situps, and 80 strict pullups
-A FGB workout: 3 Rounds - x15 Power Cleans (135)/ x20 Wall Balls w/ 1 min rest
~7:52 (includes rest time)
