    I was tired today but got thru it. By round 3 I started really feeling it! But when do I not feel it:)

    This was tough for me. Tried to do my skills correctly and fast but not to fast and sacrfice form. Still working on getting better deapth in my squats. They are getting better. Jack and Danyelle showed us the mobility stretches they learned at PCC. Thanks PCC for the help.

    Never seems to amaze me how you guys come up with WODs for us injured folk that is a good okole whoopin!!!
