4rds+13Pullups (red band)This was tough for me. Tried to do my skills correctly and fast but not to fast and sacrfice form. Still working on getting better deapth in my squats. They are getting better. Jack and Danyelle showed us the mobility stretches they learned at PCC. Thanks PCC for the help.
