Jack wanted to do the 3rd open WOD one more time since he still had some time to submit it.  So, he hit the WOD first thing this morning before class started.

Open WOD #3:
   5 min. AMRAP of
1 Squat Clean (165/110)
1 Jerk

Jack- 14 rds + 1 Squat Clean



The rest of the crew did "Fight gone bad".  For most of them it was their first time doing this WOD, but Nadyne has done it before and she has improved greatly from her last time doing this WOD.

   1 min. of effort at each station for a total of 5 minutes with 1 min. rest between rounds.

Matt- 74, 65, 74, total=213 (65lbs)
Pua- 72, 60, 55, total= 187 (40lbs)
Nadyne- 63, 54, 56, total= 178 (40lbs)
Kung Fu- 65, 53, 51, total= 169 (65lbs)
Fresh- 62, 43, 26, total= 131 (65lbs)















Jamie and I have been entering the Open as well just to see how we do against everyone else, but this week the weight was just a little too much for us.  Both of us have never hit that weight yet and even with our best efforts we were just short of the 110lb womens weight.  Both Jamie and I maxed out at 95lbs!!!  So close, but we are sure we will be able to do the weight sooner than we think.  So today we did Squat Clean practice.
