    Felt my form coming in really nice today after the last time jack worked on it with me. C2b sucked, combination of Wet bar and no Kip because of the clean and jerks.

  2. omg, I totally thought about getting tats in the same place for Oly lifting. I can't read what her's says though. I wouldn't get English...or writing for that matter I don't think. we'll see.

  3. 16:00+ 155lbs 3 rounds Rxd then rain & nice tear. Switched to regular pull ups & put on tabs. Focus on 5 C2B each round. Too easy till rain & tear. Increase to 6-7 reps. Rain sucked but was also awesome!!! Blair Morrison would be proud! Made me a better athlete today. Mid WOD added focus of not letting go of bar. Perfect call for weight & reps!!! Challenging but achievable. Great training outside!!! Lucky we live Hawaii!
