    First time swinging a 44 lb KB in a WOD and it was a little tough. I couldn't get it all the way up overhead. One day....Good WOD.

  2. Ken - 14:42 (44lbs). Also my first time swinging a 44 in a WOD. Got them all up overhead even if they weren't all pretty. Good recommendation to go all out on the runs to really tax myself since I was only able to d umping pullups (trying to jump as high as possible to get chest close to bar). A real challenge!
