Claire - 21:23 18# KB, one handed swings with my right. Unbroken in warm up and WOD.I don't like running, but this wasnt too bad of a way to do it. All my sprints were about 50 seconds. Rest in between started at 1 min and worked it's way up to 2 min in between each.
