Nadyne - 11:14 (27 lbs, burpee box step ups 20")Had to work on depth today. Really have to concentrate on getting the form down. Burpee box jumps suck, even if I'm stepping up!
Ken - 11:24 (65 lbs). Good WOD. Able to go fairly steadily with the highest weight I've used for Thruster during a WOD. A little slow on time but definitely got a work out.

Claire - 7:49 30# thursters. I wanted to go sort of light to save myself for doing snatches the next day, but in reality, it still kicked my ass. Also, I never thought I would look forward to getting back to the thrusters during the wod.. burpee box jumps SUCK!
4:57 (115lb) another fire breather! The weight was just enough that it squished me but I could do it. Great progression (regressing reps) to emphasize constant movement & mental toughness to keep moving! Great reminder there is more than 21-15-9.
