  1. 11+7 transitioning to narrow push up. 7 reps is perfect. Swings done with clean hitch up & down. Felt good & faster. Never slowed down that much! Can't imagine sustaining 2 rounds per minute! Yoda says, "That is why you fail..."

  2. 1.5 Rounds per minute per coach Jack. Worked out great and smashed my old best score (8 +12 44lb). Pushups felt way more solid today too.

  3. Did the WOD about a month ago.. got 8+???.
    This time went with coach Jacks suggestion of 1 1/2 rounds per minute, rest the reminder of the minute.
    Killed my old score.. Got 10+11. (35#, pushups from knees)

    Implementing rest definitely works! I got a way higher score but it felt "easier" than last time. :)

  4. Ken - 7+8 (35lbs) Our instruction was to go full out which was really killer. It was difficult to get the exact form for this swing, but I understand the benefit.

  5. carmi - 11 rds (50# dumbbell) pretty happy with my score considering kettle bell swings r one of my weaknesses.
