    Gotta work on my squat cleans, and using my legs more in the jerks. "Like" WOD.

  2. Terry - 10rds (85 lbs). Tried to concentrate on form rather than weight. Happy with what I did. First wod where I got all squat cleans , no misses an felt good. Ready to move weight up little. Good day

  3. 10 rounds (135) goal was keep moving & get through it... Tired & sore from C&J day before. Low back was tired & tad compromised so we split jerked. Took longer but that's ok. Squat clean was really good. Fast elbows! Best thing I'm learning over last few months is get back on bar when I don't feel like it. I can always move the bar! "back on that bar" "back on that bar"!!!!
