    The workout looked like it was going to kill me with all the running, so I took it a little easier than maybe I should have. Had to go really light on the thrusters because I am just getting back in the game after my back issues. It was hard, but good to just worry about form and not weight. Runs are terrible, as always. Good WOD tho.

    Went a bit too heavy for the focus of this WOD today so i think i ran a little slower than i should have since i was worried about trying to get back on the bar...anyways at least i did that many reps at a decent weight!
