The workout looked like it was g...Claire - 9:22 35#<br />The workout looked like it was going to kill me with all the running, so I took it a little easier than maybe I should have. Had to go really light on the thrusters because I am just getting back in the game after my back issues. It was hard, but good to just worry about form and not weight. Runs are terrible, as always.
