    OMG!!!! Being sick, and basically taking all week off, coming back to this wod.. WOW. I had such a hard time. Im still new at kipping pull ups and apparently have zero grip strength, so i tore my hands up :/ We havent done back squats ever in a WOD, which I was excited about, but it definitely is a weakness that I need to work on.
    I'd REALLY like to do this again someday to compare.
