Claire - 8+1 (120# dl, 67# pp)This WOD was deceiving, only 5 min, but wow it catches up quick! Had to really push through!The dl felt heavy today... PP felt really good. Really liked this wod though.Oh.. and for the first time EVER.. the runs didn't feel totally terrible.... :)
