    this WOD was the fastest and the slowest 5 minutes ever!! Good WOD...those push press suck after the first couple rounds!!

    This WOD was deceiving, only 5 min, but wow it catches up quick! Had to really push through!
    The dl felt heavy today... PP felt really good.
    Really liked this wod though.
    Oh.. and for the first time EVER.. the runs didn't feel totally terrible.... :)
