    So I went a little under BW since my PR is BW...but I think I could have gone a little heavier than 85lbs now that the WOD is over...I also didn't get C2B, but tried to get as high as I could!! Good WOD. Definitely hard weight wise, but not necessarily a hard one on the breathing.

    I really have to work at getting double unders. It would probably have been a lot easier than doimg the 72 singles per round!

    Happy to get a bunch of Clean & Jerks at 200lbs. Went 5lbs over bodyweight but dont regret it. Starting to link chest to bars finally, even got a few butterfly chest to bars. Strength week so not to concerned with the long time domain.
