    This one was fun! I really have to work on linking my pullups and getting faster at pushups...that's where Jack caught me up!!! I guess my little shoulders don't help...

  5. 11:02-green band pullups, step ups on 20" box, 40 squats sub'd for pistols.

    like all the other workouts this one made me realize how much strength i lost with the knee and elbow injuries this summer.
