Muscle snatch (clean grip). Use 40% of 1RM snatch.
Strict pull-up
Broad jump
Time is not an element on this wod. Just try to rest as little as possible. Focus on quality of the movements.

  1. Nadyne - I liked this workout. It allowed me to really work on form since we were not going out for time. I know where I need to work on improving my muscle snatch...later arms, etc.....although my broad jump is not so "broad" and more like a bunny hop, I was still able to work on form using my arms and getting more distance.
