CFE Strength & Conditioning WOD:
5 rounds for time of:
Hold breath 0:30-1:00
15 Push ups
15 Air Squats
15 Sit ups
15 Double Unders
Scaling: If unable to hold breath for a complete interval (0:30, for example) then use as few sets as possible to reach desired length of time (for example, 3 sets of 0:10 to reach 0:30).
Subtract breath-holding time from total workout time.

    WOD 2: At FGB - 27:58
    Tough WOD and having to do 90 singles for 5 rounds was rough. Great to see everyone in costume. LOL!

  2. Additional note: Holding our breath the first 30 seconds was fine, but once the WOD started I ended up doing it in 15 second intervals, then 10 second intervals. That portion of the WOD was not as easy at it looked on the board!
