January 20, 2011

Today was a strength day.  We didn't do a normal crossfit WOD...we worked on some of our skills.  Pullups, Pushups, and Squats.  Some of the basics, but 3 skills that are extremely important for many workouts.  The only one to do a normal WOD was Jack.  He did:

21 L-Pullups
20 Pistols
18 L-Pullups
16 Pistols
15 L-Pullups
12 Pistols
12 L-Pullups
8 Pistols
