    This WOD was hard...as i got more into the WOD my shoulders really warmed up so I think I could have done more weight but I was still happy with what I did. I got to do this WOD at the 9am class today and it was killer HOT!!!

  2. Terry. 14:14 (32 lbs). I know it looks light but my first full ohs with any kind of weight. Been a long hard struggle with poor shoulder flexibility and proper squats, but getting there. Thanks to Jack and Danyelle for their support and coaching and the great support from everyone in the gym. Love my gym and all the people there.
