Speal vs Khalipa
1 clean and jerk (115lbs/45lbs)
1 round Cindy, 
2 clean and jerks
1 round of Cindy
3 clean and jerks
1 round of Cindy
Workout is complete when you get to 10 clean and jerks and finish with 1 round of Cindy
 The total numbers: 55 reps of clean and jerks (squat not required) plus 50 pull-ups, 100 push-ups and 150 squats.

    This WOD is horrible by itself then you add in the heat and it makes you want to die!! Even with me going with a light weight to try and go fast...i just couldn't do it today with the heat. I'll definitely have to try this one again when it's a little cooler...
