“Rogue Madness” was the workout today. It’s our version of a choose your own adventure book. Each athlete has thirty minutes to score as many points as possible using any combination of the movements listed. Kevin Schafer had the high score of 2273! Try to beat it! Wouldn’t something like this be a cool games event?

- finding a rep scheme of high end movements that you can move consistently through will score the most points

ReplyDeleteI liked this workout. I liked having the choices and making my own decisions on what I would do. It was different and a nice change. Fun but effective!
