    I mistakenly did an extra Lunge (100ft) thinking that the work out started with Pull ups. I was in the pain cave by then! So I ended up finishing 3 more pull ups and sit ups to complete the cycle. So my time is a little fudged. I really need to work on my pull ups. Thanks Coach Rick for helping me out!!

  3. Peanut- 17:34 Rx'd then i finished the WOD out with a round of 3's, which brought my overall time to 18:54 Rx'd

    Good WOD...haven't done pullups in a while and they killed me, but i got it done!

    Thanks for the coaching and encouragement Rick! Jack and I hardly get that when we WOD since we're always going at the same time...it normally sound more like breathing, dying, breathing, you're doing great babe, breathing, breathing, dying, breathing...almost there...barf!

  5. Ummmm, I guess I'm the only pussy who didn't do an extra round!! Anyway, my time as the board prescribed was 18:55. I was DEAD yesterday!! I just had nothing in the tank, and like peanut said I can't remember the last time we did pull ups!! Anyway, good to sweat, and today's workout looks like it will be a fun recovery!!

    After 11-1/2 hours at work I reluctantly dragged myself over to the box to work out because I didn't want the Honey Badger to get me. Lunges are very hard for me, but thanks Rick, for helping me through it. Thanks Peanut, for not only being my daughter, but my coach as well. Thanks Jack, for putting up with my antics. I know you guys really care! Even after a long day at work sitting and slaving at my computer and desk, I can honestly say that yesterday I felt better after the workout! Although my knees may be a bit sore today, I am glad I showed up.
