    Had a tough time recovering around 6th round on of pause snatches. Suffered through 2nd WOD. It's great to WOD at FGBHK again!

    This WOD was absolutely terrible!! The snatch portion was definitely manageable, but the second half with the pullups and burpees killed me! I'm still happy with that time. 50 pullups and 50 burpees! WooHoo!
