This WOD was terrible but for a good cause! Reps don't matter on this WOD...we're doing it for the kids! It's Always fun and a great pleasure to take part in these "fundraiser" WODs...Crossfit picks the best kind of fundraising to be a part of!

This WOD was super hard. But it felt good to push through for a good cause. It was for the kids. And our pain and suffering here is NOTHING compared to what they and their families are going through.
