Every Odd Minute: 1 Squat Clean to 2 Front Squats(135lbs/95lbs)

Every Even Minute: 5 Box Jumps (24″/20″)

    I honestly did not realize how fast I was able to do my squat clean and front squats with this weight until I saw a video of it. Glad that I could keep up that speed for the entire WOD. This was definitely not a killer WOD on the wind today, but we put in some good work on speed and technique...sometimes that what we need, especially after doing some hard WODs this week!
