November 9 & 10, 2010

Since Jack and I missed the WOD yesterday, we did it today.  The crew has been working really hard and they haven't had a day off in a while so they have today and tomorrow off.  So just a reminder, the WOD was:

450m Run
21 Wall Balls
12 Ring Pulls
    3 Rounds for time

After the Wod, Jack did some skill practice, which included:
12 Kipping Pullups
10 Muscle ups
3 Dumbbell Thrusters (70 lbs)  

November 10, 2010

Today is everyone's 2nd day off so not much action at the gym today.  Jack started his work week today, but he finished much earlier than normal so he decided to do a little something instead of wasting the evening.  
So, he did:

50 unbroken KBS (35 lbs)
10 min. Muscle up AMRAP (total-13)
5 Kipping Pullups
