Peanut- It was nice to not have to try to do this WOD as fast as possible...knowing that we weren't being timed today really allowed me to work the skills...I did HSPU with 2 ab mats under my head (couldn't quite reach just one ab mat), strict pullups, and toes to bar then...Did my Oly Lifting extra credit after this WOD.

  2. I was still wrecked from that b*&@h Cindy. Good to just work on skill here. I did pike push ups for sub on HSPU. Felt a little stronger in these.And I did strict pull ups.
