This is our 5th day of mainsite programing and going strong! It has really forced us out of our comfort zone and forced everyone to try things that they never thought they could do. Bunch of PR's today but I would like to specifically mention FloJo (my mom) and Peanut (my girl Danyelle). They started out on this journey together as my first "students". When mom started, she could only do a quarter squat. Flexibility and lack of strength held her back. She was 66 years old at the time. Peanut was great, but had a lot to work on in the strength department. Last November when Danyelle and I came back from our Level 1 Certification we had a max deadlift day. Mom got 113lb deadlift at a body weight of 117lbs and Peanut got a 103lb at a body weight of 103lbs. Fast forward 7 months and another heavy deadlift day, Mom got a 150lb deadlift at 67 years old and still weighing 117!!! Peanut did 185lbs at a bodyweight of 109lbs!!! Holy Crap!!!!! FloJo put 37lbs on her deadlift and Peanut put 82lbs on hers in 7 months!!!!! That's what I am talking about!!! Hard work pays off ladies and gentlemen!!!
