Aneemal Style - 5+23 Rx'd. This was a hard one. Those cleans combined with the toes to bar KILL your grip strength!! Was still happy with my performance. Interesting experiment with J-bear doing 1 round and resting a full minute though. He came out a couple more reps I think!!
