Ready for the 31Heroes WOD? Saturday we honor the 31 that gave their lives so that we may live free. The Crossfit community has raised over $200,000 for the families of the fallen. I would say that makes it a success! Remember BBQ afterwards and Sam from 3-2-1-GO!!! Hawaii will be bringing shoes by for us to check out! SWEET!!! Thank you to Rick and Andrew from Total Fitness for providing us equipment to make this happen!!!
