  2. Holy guacamole, smashed me!! And my legs are killing me from the ascending Karen yesterday!! Clapping and pushups are two things I do well separately, but together, they suck!!

    Animal style: 130 (135lbs, 95lbs, 95lbs)

  3. Peanut- 125 (95lbs, 65lbs, 65lbs)

    This WOD was good. I liked the mini AMRAPs...you can really try to push through all of it since each AMRAP is only 3 minutes, but we all know how long a minute is when you're working out!!! I've been doing the lighter, faster thing lately, but today i went back to an OK weight for me meaning that it felt good in warm up, but once i got started in the WOD i realized it was probably a little heavy for a 3 min. AMRAP. I'm still pretty pleased with my score anyway!!
