Yoga with LaLa!!! Everybody has been hitting it pretty hard lately, as all people who Crossfit do, and it was time to program some active recovery. What better way than to do this than with Yoga!!! 3-2-1 Ouch my hips!!!! Many people forget that flexibility happens to be one of the ten general points of fitness. I know I am lacking but I am trying!!!!
