     21 reps Wall Balls (20lbs, 15lbs)

     7 reps Deadlifts (225lbs/155lbs)

     200m Run

    Today's WOD wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be because I normally suck at wall balls, but they were extremely manageable today. The hard part for me today was the deadlifts. My hamstrings are so tired from the other stuff we've been doing that they were not going to let me pull the weight I wanted to.

  3. For some reason todays WOD KILLED me. The wall balls felt incredibly hard. The runs made me want to die. Must have been really having an off day.
    ---Also... I seem to have forgotten to write my time in my WOD book.... but I did it Rx'ed.
