ReplyDeleteFirst full WOD with kipping pull ups! And I linked the first 4 all together! YAY! But the rest were either 1 or 2 at a time. Still SO happy to finally be getting kipping :) 55# thrusters felt pretty good... Glad I didnt go heavier though.
