    16 in the first minute, then the pace was 12 each of the next 3 minutes. Finished last minute with 11. At the start of the 5th minute I shot to make it to 65.

    My strategy pretty much went out the window once the WOD started. I did an EMOM style with this WOD today so that i could implement rest and i went with a descending pattern. My goal was to descend by 1 rep each minute but ended up descending by 2 reps each minute. So my reps were 16, 13, 11, 9 for the first 4 minutes then in the last minute i got 13 reps.

    My strategy was to survive and I did so I guess it worked...lol. Need to work on speed, got 12 in first twoband last min. 3 and 4 were brutal.

    This type of wod is SO hard for me. My motor is slow and doesnt recover quickly. But that just means it is super important for me to do miserable stuff like this haha.
    I had a strategy... But it got changed a little during the wod. I'm pretty happy with my score... I'm getting better.. When we did the 7 min AMRAP of burpees a few months ago I got 64.. So I am getting faster :)
